For the period 2004-2008 with participation of Company Aksai has been executed a number of projects of 2-D and 3-D seismic prospecting of the high resolution on the search areas in the Western Kazakhstan.
The total amount of works has made 1000 km2 3-D and 560 km 2-D seismic prospecting. One of projects (180 km2) has been executed with use of sensors Vectorseis (3 components).All works have been executed with use of explosive sources from single wells and grouping of seismic geophones in a circle in radius 2m
The received materials have allowed to test correctly various technologies and techniques of the stratigraphic analysis and the forecast of fluid saturation, in particular technique RAFE.
A number of the detected perspective structural and not structural abnormal objects have been checked up by searching and prospecting drilling. As a result of drilling, test and trial operation it has been detected several oil and gas-condensate deposits with industrial stocks. They are located in southwest part of the Precaspian hollow (Caspian oil basin) dated to terrigenous sediments of Jurassic-Cretaceous complex. Reliability of forecasting anomalies RAFE in a complex with other methods of the analysis of seismic data according to the subsequent drilling has made more than 50 % that in our opinion is very significant search attribute especially by searches of not structural deposits of oil and gas.
Now 'Aksai' continues check by drilling of perspective objects and widely uses the materials received on technology RAFE, for definition of points of drilling of design wells.
